You might think I’m crazy – what I say’s true
And you might think it’s funny ‘cause it’s not happening to you
I don’t want to shock you my girl has gone strange
Used to like my body now she loves me for my brains
My girl’s a zombie I swear it’s true
Better believe me -it could happen to you.
My girl’s a zombie in some kind of trance.
But when she’s happy, she does the zombie dance.
Some times after mid-night she gives me the eye
when she’s looking peaked I serve her cow brain pie
She gets a little antsy if she don’t like what she’s eating
But she feels better after her Zombies Anonymous Meeting
My girl’s a zombie I swear it’s true. . .
She died last November but she’s alright
But she keeps it together by sleeping in formaldehyde
I’m careful in the morning, as quiet as a mouse
She wakes up confused, n chases me round the house
My girl’s a zombie I swear it’s true. . .
In my dreams at night, I’m in a dark grave yard
With a front end loader digging up the ground
Things are crawling out things that don’t look good
Next thing I know they’re chasing me around
All those other Zombies think she is a traitor
When I ask if she’s gonna eat me; she says maybe later
My girl, she is a zombie – I’ll repeat my claims
She used to like my body, but now she loves me for my brains
My girl’s a zombie I swear it’s true. . .
I remember back when she was a vegetarian.
When she chases me down the street.
I feel like a piece of meat; this is so embarrassing
